Schools Nurseries and Groups
As creativity is so important to each child, ‘Just Pottering About’ offers an excellent opportunity for every child to paint their very own unique masterpiece, while having so much fun.
The way it works is simple; we have a large selection of finest pottery (bisque). When the children have chosen their pot, they can paint their very own designs on to it creating a wonderful masterpiece. The studio then glazes and fires the ceramics and delivers it back to school individually wrapped within one week.
We can offer you an individual package that suits your school.
We find for schools choosing a mug, plate, bowl or flower pot is a good option as there is a larger surface area to let their imagination go wild.
If there has been a certain topic a year group has been studying we can incorporate that into the painting.
For younger children perhaps nursery we would suggest handprints/footprints with a short message on a mug or plate, this is a beautiful keepsake for parents or grandparents.
We will give full support and advice by encouraging the children to be as creative with their painting as they wish.
